Evening mobile visits are $100 in Kitchener and Waterloo. For other communities, travel is included in the total shown before you pay.

Identity verification

Government-issued identification is required for notarial and legal services. There is nothing to upload with this form. After payment, use the private link provided by email to submit two pieces of identification securely, including both sides of cards. Never email ID photos or numbers.

Please also bring your original identification to the appointment so it can be verified in person.

Health cards (OHIP or any provincial health card) are not accepted and are never collected or copied.

Your details are saved on submission. Only the free consultation confirms immediately; other services require the next steps shown above.

Prepare for remote commissioning

Have your original, valid government-issued photo identification and an additional accepted ID available. Health cards are not accepted. For card uploads, provide both front and back through your private ID page only.
Keep documents unsigned until Sharlene directs you to sign. For certified copies, have the original document available. If something is already signed, ask us before your appointment.
Remote commissioning is available only for eligible documents. If you are unsure whether your document qualifies, contact us before your appointment.
Use a quiet, well-lit private space with a working camera, microphone and reliable internet. Have your original ID and documents within reach; follow the signing instructions provided during the video appointment.

Questions or a change of plans? Please contact us promptly. Never send ID photos, ID numbers, financial details or sensitive documents by ordinary email or text.
